Fund raising update received from Rachel Grice on a sponsored walk by Ruth though London.

Just to let you know that Ruth did her walk today. She has raised a total so far of £75. Ruth decided to raise funds for the Forces Children's Trust after talking about doing a sponsored walk for a charity which would go to help the troops.

She asked me if there were any charities which go to helping the children who's parents are in the forces. I said to Ruth that I was not sure but we could find out. We then used the Just Giving website to find a charity and your charity came up straight away.

Ruth decided straight away that she would do her sponsored walk for your charity. Ruth then said that she would prefer to walk a route that she is familiar with but would still be quite a long walk, we chose to walk through central London as we both know the area very well and then we set a date.
