This is just a short note to thank you all for your kind sponsorship for my run- I will have raised £600 plus £130 in gift aid (when cheques are included) which will be put to very good use by the Forces Childrens Trust.

 

Unfortunately I was robbed of my podium position due to an unfortunate mix up with the electronic tags between myself and Gabriel Haile Selassie of Ethiopia but I reckon another 6 months of EPO injections should see me right for next year! If you are interested in my run times it was 1.30 although I was hampered by being caught behind several of the 'larger' competitors at the start (excuses...!) but still came in the top 1/4 of the field
