Members of staff from Aviation Training International Limited, Nord Anglia and the Ministry Of Defence will be undertaking the Three Peaks Challenge on the 4th May 2010 (weather permitting). The Three Peaks challenge will require the team to climb Ben Nevis (1344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1085m) within 24 hours, which will pose many challenges including physical, mental and also sleep deprivation (those with young children are currently being trained hard on this one). The group have already carried out training by climbing Scafell Pike last November and are planning to climb Snowdon in March before undertaking all three in May. The team has decided to donate all money raised from this event to the Forces Children’s Trust, due to the great work they do and the link it has with both ATIL and Nord Anglia employees. If you would like to make a donation towards this event, you can do so by clicking on the link http://www.justgiving.com/ATIL3peaks We will of course keep you informed of our progress.
